• Merchandise returned for exchange must be new, unused, and in its original condition.

• 退换的商品必须保持全新、未使用及原有状态。

• Price tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact and undamaged.

• 商品的价格标签、吊牌及原包装必须完整无损。

• The original receipt must be presented. Exchange must be made within 10 days from the date of purchase and at the original store of purchase.

• 办理换货时必须出示原始收据，并须于购买日起10天内，在原购买门店办理。

• Only one exchange is allowed per purchase.

• 每笔购买仅限换货一次。

• Exchanged items cannot be returned or exchanged again.

• 已更换的商品不可再次退换。

• For hygiene and safety reasons, face masks, arm sleeves, hats, and packaged items are strictly non-exchangeable.
